Why
is there a fee? Putting
together a directory like this takes time. That business deserves to be
financially rewarded just as the business it promotes. We
also want the best businesses who are currently active. If we put every
business on here for free, it wouldn't take long
before this list was too long and not current businesses who WANT to serve
their customers. Click here to
see membership costs.
Why a membership? Beyond the need to keep this directory
updated and useful, the power of a network is immense. We have the power
as a group to create that. To help, we will have programs, leads on resources,
training, and business opportunities beyond just this directory. The HBBN
Directory -- while very powerful in itself -- is just the beginning. All
members of the HBBN will automatically be members of the Lubbock Fun Club.
How
long is my membership? We will have two business cycles a year:
October through March and then April through September. There will be
a prorated scale for people who join at various points in the cycle.
Will
you limit memberships per category? We have no interest in limiting
businesses. However, we reserve the right to accept or deny or limit opportunities
at any time.
