Irresistible Fashion Finds

Some of this season’s most irresistible fashion finds are BOLD and 60’s like. For example the most popular accessory is the “tote”. Not just any tote bag but large, really large. Roomy totes of all fabrics in bold prints, shapes and colors are the “thing”.

Now color – the color is YELLOW. Screaming yellow is the favorite color for totes, shoes, purses, jewelry and clothing. Don’t worry so much about yellow being a flattering color – yellow screams self confidence and with self confidence any color will work. This trend fashion color does look amazing on dark hair-fair skin women or dark hair-dark skin ladies. If you simply can NOT do yellow try indigo, persimmon, plum or emerald. Wearing a concentrated color – a strong hue makes such a statement, so, why not accept the challenge!?

Khaki is Back!
“Conservative and safe” reappear this season. Could this really be khaki? The safari mainstay is packed and ready for a spring adventure. Kick your khaki up another notch with metallic accessories treated as neutrals. Enjoy.

The ultimate no-brainer path to chic
Black and white simply bring out the best in each other. The dynamic duo also
has the perfect chemistry to create instantly covetable graphic patterns
and prints. Tips for high contrast dressing: Sticking to just the two hues lends a
breezy elegance to the entire ensemble.

Next to yellow, spirited stripes are making their way to wardrobe updating. This time stripes are taking last year’s stripes and nautical looks to the next level.. Strips are boldly wide or mixed widths of stripes look new as well. Go with red, white and blue and you are off and sailing.

Girliciously adorned tops are the new frill of it all. Tops with flounces, ruffles and pleats – not the skirts – the tops. With these feminine blouses jackets are not desired. With all the embellishment – why hide these beautiful blouses under a jacket?

Fabulous finds in jewelry are pieces in wooden earth tones on one hand but then brightly colored enamel on the other. Check out enameled bracelets, chunky necklaces and earrings while you are checking out earthy wooden pieces as an update to your accessory tray.
